2 Week Plan
The 2 Week plan is used to stay away from a particular food such as bread, chocolate or many other single food items.
The first week consists of a 2 hours and the second lasts approximately 1 hour.
The second week is so important as it reinforces the suggestions given the week before.
4 Week Plan
The 4 Week plan is used for people who need to be motivated and are struggling with their food and liquid intake.
The plan lasts 4 weeks, the first session is 2 hours long and the other 3 sessions last approximately 1 hour.
6 Week Plan
The 6 week plan is for people who need a bit more time and effort to get on the road to success in reaching their goal.
It is similar to the 4 week plan as the first session is 2 hours and the following sessions last an hour each.
